West Creek Villas has been home for almost 15 years. Love the community, the maintenance man is always on top of any repairs and goes above and beyond to help the tenants. Management is the best! You have any issues, problems, you can always call Araceli and she will fix it or find a solution. They are very much appreciated!!!

I'm going to edit my review. It was previously a 1 star because of rent hikes but I understand everyone is going through the same thing. And I in no way blame the staff that works here they're actually pretty great. The companies that sell and buy the property every other year then max out the rent are to blame so they're the ones that deserve the .5 star. The property itself is well maintained, cleaned daily and there is a small kids playground right in the middle that also gets maintained daily. There is a conference room you can rent for parties. On-site laundry but each unit also has hook ups for laundry in the garage. Small back yard (no bbqing). The staff is pretty quick to answer any maintenance needs just make sure to call and make a service request. The only downside which isn't the fault of the staff is the parking. Good luck finding any street parking past 5pm. Luckily each unit comes with a 1 car garage and 1 personal parking spot per unit. Overall it's a quiet neighborhood not gated but closed off. Neighbors are all pretty chill.
